This Privacy Policy describes how Snohbricks Technology Private Limited, having its registered office at Floor No. 4th Floor, 410, Jaipur Electronic Market, Mohan Nagar, Gopalpura Bypass Road, Jaipur Rajasthan 302018 (“Snohai,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our“), collects, uses, processes, and discloses your Personal Data when you use Snohai Products of online business productivity and collaboration software (the “Snohai Products“).
By accessing or using the Snohai Products, you agree to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Snohai Products.
1. DEFINITIONS
Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings ascribed to them in our Terms of Service. In addition:
- “Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA)” refers to the Indian law governing the protection of digital personal data.
- “Data Fiduciary” has the meaning ascribed to it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).
- “Data Principal” has the meaning ascribed to it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).
- “Data Processor” has the meaning ascribed to it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).
- “Personal Data” has the meaning ascribed to it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), generally referring to any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect various types of information from and about you when you use the Snohai Products:
2.1. Information You Provide to Us
This includes Personal Data you voluntarily provide when you:
- Create an Account: Your name, email address, organization name, contact number, and login credentials.
- Use the Snohai Products: Any Personal Data contained within the “Client Data” (e.g., documents, text, images, and other content) that you upload, process, or store using Snohai Products (SNOHDOCS, SNOHAVA, SNOHFUSION). This data is processed by Snohai as a Data Processor on your behalf.
- Communicate with Us: Information you provide when you contact our customer support, send us feedback, or participate in surveys.
- Make Payments: Billing information, such as payment card details, and billing address.
2.2. Information We Collect Automatically
When you access and use the Snohai Products, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:
- Usage Data: Details of your access to and use of the Snohai Products, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data; the features you use; the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.
- Device Information: Information about your computer, tablet, or mobile device, including your IP address, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers.
- Location Information: We may collect general location information (e.g., IP address derived location).
- Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities, preferences, and interactions with our Snohai Products. For more details, please refer to our Cookie Policy.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect, including Personal Data, for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain the Snohai Products: To deliver, operate, maintain, and improve the Snohai Products and their functionalities (including SNOH DOCS, SNOH AVA, and SNOH FUSION).
- To Process Client Data: To process Personal Data contained within Client Data on your behalf as a Data Processor, based on your instructions and in accordance with the DPDPA and our Terms of Service.
- To Manage Your Account: To create and manage your account, authenticate your access, and provide customer support.
- To Improve Snohai Products: To understand how users interact with the Snohai Products, enhance existing features, and develop new ones. This may involve using aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data derived from Client Data, which does not identify you or any Data Principal, in compliance with DPDPA.
- To Communicate with You: To send you service-related announcements, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
- For Marketing and Promotional Purposes: To send you promotional communications about Snohai Products and services that may be of interest to you, where permitted by applicable law and with your consent, if required. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- To Ensure Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or other malicious activities.
- To Comply with Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests, including those under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- For Billing and Payments: To process payments and manage billing for your subscriptions.
- For Analytics: To perform data analytics and research to understand trends, usage patterns, and the effectiveness of our services.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We may share your Personal Data with third parties in the following circumstances:
- With Your Consent: We may share your Personal Data when you give us explicit consent to do so.
- With Service Providers: We engage third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, data analytics, customer support, and email delivery. These service providers are authorized to use your Personal Data only as necessary to provide these services to us and are contractually obligated to protect its confidentiality and security.

- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction, your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity or successor in interest.
- Aggregated or De-identified Data: We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you or any Data Principal with third parties for various purposes, including analytics, research, or marketing.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When we no longer need your Personal Data, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.
6. YOUR RIGHTS (AS A DATA PRINCIPAL)
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you, as a Data Principal, have certain rights regarding your Personal Data. If your Personal Data is processed by Snohai as a Data Fiduciary, these rights include:
- Right to Access: The right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your Personal Data is being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the Personal Data and certain information about the processing.
- Right to Correction/Erasure: The right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data and, in certain circumstances, the erasure of your Personal Data.
- Right of Grievance Redressal: The right to address grievances to the Data Fiduciary.
- Right to Nominate: The right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
Please note that when Snohai acts as a Data Processor (i.e., when processing Personal Data contained within your Client Data), your rights as a Data Principal should generally be exercised directly with the Data Fiduciary (the entity or individual who provided your data to Snohai). Snohai will assist the Data Fiduciary in fulfilling such requests as required by law.

7. SECURITY MEASURES
Snohai implements and maintains reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your Client Data (including Personal Data contained therein) against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in accordance with industry standards and the DPDPA.
However, please be aware that no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You acknowledge that your use of the Internet and Snohai Products involves risks inherently associated with online communications.
Customer Responsibility for On-Premise Hosting: As detailed in our Terms of Service, if the application is hosted within your infrastructure or on a server managed solely by you, you bear sole responsibility for the security of that infrastructure, including all servers, networks, data, and configurations.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Snohai utilizes cloud infrastructure for hosting the Snohai Products and storing Client Data. For users based in India, Snohai endeavors to host Client Data within data centers located in India, to the extent commercially reasonable and subject to the availability of suitable infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
However, you acknowledge and agree that, for operational purposes, some data processing or backup activities, or the hosting of certain Snohai Product components, may occur outside of India. Snohai will ensure that any such international transfers of Personal Data comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable data protection laws.
9. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Snohai Products and hold certain information. For detailed information about the cookies we use and your choices regarding them, please refer to our Cookie Policy.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Snohai Products may contain links to third-party applications, websites, and services that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Snohai Products are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website, through your Account, or by sending an email to the address associated with your Account. The “LAST UPDATED” date at the top of this Privacy Policy will indicate when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Snohai Products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
13. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
In accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Snohai has appointed a Grievance Officer to address your complaints or grievances regarding the Snohai Products or the processing of your personal data.

We will acknowledge your complaint and endeavor to resolve it within the timeframes stipulated by applicable Indian laws. You are encouraged to first utilize this internal grievance redressal mechanism before escalating your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India or other relevant authorities, as may be required by law.
